The Godfather of Disco
The Godfather of Disco is a documentary following the autobiography of Mel Cheren. The documentary covers the topics of the origins of Disco and its heigh in the 70s and then its downfall followed by the rise of HIV/AIDS, all of which Mel was witness to. In this film, we hear first-hand accounts from Mel himself taking us through the ups and downs of his story.
