Young Sherlock Holmes

Teenagers Sherlock Holmes and John Watson meet and become good friends as students at Brompton Academy, a school in London. Holmes is friends with Rupert Waxflatter, a retired professor who keeps a lab at the school for his inventions. He is also in love with Waxflatter's niece, Elizabeth. Holmes has a close, but cold, relationship with Professor Rathe, his fencing instructor, who warns Holmes about the dangers of being too emotional.
