The Family Stone

Set in the fictional town of Thayer, Connecticut, the film focuses on Meredith Morton, a successful Manhattan executive whose uptight, conservative demeanor is a sharp contrast to that of her boyfriend Everett Stone and his rambunctious, liberal family. Meredith is dreading spending the Christmas holidays with Everett's family, after receiving the cold shoulder from Everett's youngest sister, Amy.
