More than 25 years ago, a highly stylized Nicktoon kickstarted the voice-acting careers of some of today's biggest names, like Carlos Alazraqui (The Fairly OddParents), Tom Kenny (SpongeBob SquarePants), and Mr. Lawrence (SpongeBob SquarePants). It was also one of the earliest projects for behind-the-scenes creatives like the late Stephen Hillenburg (SpongeBob SquarePants), Jeff "Swampy" Marsh (Phineas and Ferb), and Dan Povenmire (Phineas and Ferb). Created by Joe Murray, and produced by Nickelodeon, Rocko’s Modern Life follows the adventures of an Australian wallaby named Rocko and his two companions, Heffer and Filburt, through their adventures in their home of O-Town. Originally airing from 1993-1996, the Nickelodeon animated series will now get its first feature-length treatment with Rocko's Modern Life: Static Cling, a Netflix release.
