Taika Waititi has found his next project, and no, it’s not Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. Per Deadline, the Thor: Ragnarok filmmaker has signed on to co-write, direct, and executive produce a TV series adaptation of the 1981 Terry Gilliam sci-fi fantasy film Time Bandits for Apple. Waititi will co-write and direct the pilot, and Gilliam is onboard as an executive producer alongside Waititi and producer Dan Halsted.
