The Disney+ docuseries Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian concluded its eight-episode run last week. While it initially might have seemed like a self-serving promo for its flagship series (and, frankly, a bid to win Emmys), the show actually proved to be a insightful and incredibly fun to watch behind-the-scenes look at the first-ever live-action Star Wars television series. Combining on-set footage with loose, jovial roundtable discussion with key cast and crew members, Disney Gallery also, mercifully, scratched that Mandalorian-shaped itch for a few more weeks before the second season debuts this fall. (Series …
One of the best things to come out of the Star Wars franchise is Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian. Disney+’s much-anticipated behind-the-scenes doc chronicles the making of the first Star Wars live-action TV series — and how executive producer and writer Jon Favreau and his team brought the instantly iconic Baby Yoda to life. Like the original Star Wars before it, The Mandalorian is responsible for introducing new technological innovations that will forever change how Hollywood produces television and film. As a result, Disney Gallery’s deep-dive into how the landmark series uses a mix of …

The first trailer for the new series shows off the creative cast and crew who came together to pull off the feat of delivering the first …
Without any original series on the horizon for the foreseeable future, Disney+ has mostly been dropping docu-series about how dope Disney is. One of the more intriguing entries is Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian, a look inside the creation and production of the first live-action Star Wars series starring Pedro Pascal's intergalactic bounty hunter. The eight-episode behind-the-scenes peek debuts on the streaming service May 4—Star Wars Day, you see—and will be hosted by The Mandalorian co-creator Jon Favreau. Disney provided a preview of what to expect from Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian, which …

The fine folks at Bottleneck Gallery have a pair of horror-centric posters going on sale today, and they’re both creepy af. First up is Ben Turner’s IT poster, based on the smash-hit horror film from director Andy Muschietti. Pennywise the Clown is front and center, but we also see the Losers Club kids quite literally spewing out of his skull in dead-eyed fashion. On top of that, Pennywise is wearing his half clown/half monster grin. It’s all a lot, and it’s terrific. The poster is being sold for $45. Then there’s …
